Frank Lloyd Wright is one of the most influential architects of the 20th century. He pioneered a modern style and innovative uses of modern materials. Wright developed a distinctive architectural feature known as perforated boards which allowed light to pass through, creating an art glass effect. This virtual frame is taken from a detail of a perforated board in the Feiman house (1954) in Canton, OH.
