Wholesale Store Terms & Conditions

New Accounts and Minimums
All first orders must be prepaid or receive merchandise C.O.D. Opening order minimum is $250 and re-order minimum is $150.  Re-orders under $150 will be subject to a $5 service charge.

Fast Shipping
In-stock items are usually shipped within 5 business days of confirmed receipt of your order and shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified.  Shipping charges include insurance, a minor handling fee and actual shipping costs.

Payment Terms & Methods
We accept only the following forms of payment: business checks, cash, certified checks, money orders, wire transfers in US dollars, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. C.O.D. shipments are charged an additional $5 per C.O.D. tag.  Any C.O.D. amount over $250 must be paid by money order or certified check

Open Accounts
Payment terms for open accounts are Net 30. $25 fee for returned checks, balance paid by money order or certified check. Credit terms must be approved in advance.  A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month on all over due accounts will be applied to balance.

Backorders
Items not in stock at the time of the order can be backordered at the customer’s request.  In most cases, we can suggest appropriate substitutions.  Backorders less than $50 will be canceled.

Damage Claims

All claims must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be authorized and accompanied by a copy of the packing slip.
All merchandise is carefully packed and inspected before shipping.  In the event of a damage claim, call your local office for inspection of damages. In all cases, please retain all packing materials as the carrier will inspect for damages.
Any defective product will be exchanged free of charge.

International Accounts
Our standard policies apply to international accounts, with the following exceptions:
Orders are shipped freight collect, unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in US dollars prior to shipment. Include method of payment and freight forwarding information with your order. Exchanges for defective product will be included in your next order. No backorders.
